Today's Word of Wisdom

Anxiety generally equates to resistance. and resistance is generally produced by too much thinking or over analysis. Therefore a trick to solving this problem is to act as an observer. In other words, experience the anxiety in third person - or more accurately, observe yourself being anxious. If you relax and accept the condition and see it for what it is, it helps to dissipate the condition. So, stop thinking about what you're hearing and simply listen to what you're hearing.
